Our role

Waterproof Medical Tape Source

We are an independent sourcing service for business buyers. We coordinate supplier discovery and quotation comparison; we do not produce tape, provide medical care or make regulatory decisions. Our role is to help convert a purchase request into a supplier-ready brief, coordinate factory quotations and make differences easier to see. The buyer retains final authority over specification, intended use, claims, evidence, supplier selection and order approval.

Shared responsibilities

A clear handoff prevents assumptions from becoming requirements

What we coordinate

We can structure the inquiry, locate possible sources, request responses to a common field set, track unresolved questions and prepare a comparison view. We do not present unverified production capacity, certificates, delivery dates, water-resistance results or skin-contact properties as our own facts.

When a supplier changes material, roll size, package basis or document scope, we keep the alternative distinguishable from the requested configuration so the buyer can decide whether it is acceptable.

  • Product and specification: the buyer states intended context, backing, adhesive, width, length, pack format and any required exclusions. Suppliers respond for the exact proposed construction.
  • Quantity, unit and destination: the buyer defines rolls, packs or cartons by variant and a US destination. Suppliers identify minimums, price basis and freight scope.
  • Packaging, files and timing: the buyer lists artwork, label, test and shelf-life questions plus requested dates. Suppliers confirm what is included and what remains conditional.

Identity & evidence

Decisions should follow the source of each statement

Available for comparison

A buyer-approved requirement, a supplier's written answer and a quotation revision can be placed side by side when they refer to the same product and order basis. A public reference may inform the questions, but it is labeled as context rather than evidence for the offered tape.

Confirm per quoted model

  • Construction, dimensions, pack count, labeling and any stated performance test should match the item named in the response.
  • Sample, production, freight and destination responsibilities should be explicit rather than inferred from a headline unit price.
  • Regulatory, clinical or claim decisions should be reviewed by the buyer's qualified professionals before approval.

Our comparison does not turn a candidate into an approved supplier. It helps the buyer see what was supplied, what was referenced, what was confirmed and what still requires a decision.

Independent sourcing note: provide your tape construction, quantity, US destination and document questions. Supplier facts are checked against the exact response, and your organization makes the final purchasing decision.
